April 23, 2008 ABC News reported today that the 400 Mormon children who were removed from their parents by busses from a Baptist Church, on orders from the State of Texas Child Protective Services, were the victims of a crank call by a Colorado woman. The unidentified Colorado woman reportedly has a history of making false calls to child abuse hotlines. The woman stated that she was a 13 year old girl who was being molested.
This is active child trafficking in Texas. Did the terrorist attacks of 9/11 coax Americans into responding in a way that serves the interests of al-Qaeda? It often seems that way, as Ian S. Lustick explains in the new report, “Our Own Strength Against Us: The War on Terror as a Self-Inflicted Disaster.” Now we are trafficking in children on a massive scale. They are now using the tools of war against 5 and 6 year olds and their parents inside the U.S.. Americans have very little time to wake up to these constitutional abuses. All the tools necessary for universal social engineering on a massive scale are now in place.
“Terror is a problem, but the War on Terror, because it turns U.S. power against America, is a catastrophe,” writes Lustick, a political science professor at the University of Pennsylvania and Research Fellow at the Independent Institute.
The mothers of some of the 416 children taken from a Mormon sect's ranch in Western Texas say that authorities have denied them their constitutional rights and that they want their children back. A woman known as Monica of the Yearning For Zion community says officials won't let her see her children. "The state of Texas has confiscated our children on an alleged allegation that has no facts. And now they're holding our children. And we want the children back," a woman who identified herself as Kathleen.
Judge Barbara Walther also ordered court DNA testing for all 416 children who lived at the YFZ (Yearning For Zion) Ranch in Eldorado to determine their biological parents. But the DNA information will be used by the state to traffic in these children and control them for the rest of their lives. The federal government and the world community have a right to fear such practices by the state. As these methods become "normalized" against religious sects, they will be applied to the rest of society.
The compound is run by the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints -- a Mormon offshoot that practices polygamy.
Walther made her ruling after two days of testimony at a hearing to determine whether the children were properly removed by child welfare authorities.
Walther said she found sufficient evidence for Texas Child Protective Services to keep custody of the children. But is Walthers advancing the Constitution or an agenda of the state? She clearly works for the state and is clearly ignoring major Supreme Court decisions designed to protect Parental Rights.
Officials are now looking for "the very best temporary placements for these children," said Marleigh Meisner, CPS spokeswoman. But this is Orwellian double-speak at its finest, used by the state in case after case to traffic in children.
"This is not about religion -- this is about keeping children safe from abuse," she added. But can we truly believe that such a massive psychic attack against children would occur against a non-religious or non-political group? Isn't this "cult" an embarrassment to the Mormon Church, a major Republican political base? Very powerful and very religious. Mind Control experts have already confirmed that much of eugenics functions on the sub-conscious level of a bureaucrat's mind and therefore, a secret agenda can be programmed and simultaneously denied. Those targeted for child trafficking are actually those who question and threaten the "psychic core" of the political establishment. That's why these bureaucrats are painting with such a broad brush.
We now know that federal authorities called in to create a fog of constitutional confusion over obvious child trafficking is a major federal fraud. The federal government is the greatest conspirator against fundamental parental rights in world history.
Maybe by traumatizing these children on a massive scale using secular sexual repression cults on "farms" or "ranches", atheistic television, Big Pharma drugs and eugenics "science," these children will become sex mules for the CIA or Delta killers for the Pentagon? This would not be "abuse" by their war-logic definition. Under war-logic rationale, the "saving the village by destroying it" now applies to American villages, American children. Mass child trafficking in America requires very powerful Mind Control which makes obvious Nazi round-ups and mass Civil Rights violations of children and parents appear almost "normal."
As it turns out, these children's parents were absolutely right. The outside world is normalizing absolute corruption and is in fact dangerous, corrupt and blind to any higher laws. Each and every one of these child traffickers made an oath to the Constitution of the United States. Now they are "de-programming" children from religion and are utterly blind to the fact that they are themselves programmed cyborgs of the state.
As tremendous publicity is brought on this case, the crimes committed by the state are not likely to prevail. However, prosecutions of child traffickers must take place to send a strong signal that pseudo-science and the total presumption of guilt in these cases is so far outside of a Constitutional construct, that it jeopardizes all worthy efforts at addressing real crimes and builds only contempt for this wrongful authority.
An attorney representing some of the children said he planned to appeal the ruling.
"We're a little disappointed in what the process turned out to be," said Cody Towns.
The ranch raid stemmed from a series of phone calls in late March from a 16-year-old officials referred to as Sarah, who said she had been beaten and forced to become the "spiritual" wife to an adult man.
At home, the War on Terror encourages—in fact virtually compels—every interest group to advance its agenda as crucial for winning this war. This "war-logic" then becomes a compelling rationale for the state to effectively over-ride the Constitution and civil rights in case after case. The FBI, through their own publications, now actively promotes "pre-emption" of most crimes as their major mission, not investigating actual crimes. But most crimes in the U.S. are committed by those, who as children, were wrongfully taken from their parents. Isn't the study of Child Trafficking as it actually exists in America a logical place to look to "prevent" crime?
This new form of FBI "prevention" is not so simple under our Constitution as solving actual crimes, not in the least. It is not even a concept recognized by our Constitution. This is an Orwellian term of the highest order. Our Founding Fathers enjoyed peace and spent 18 years perfecting the Bill of Rights, their true mission. Since World War II, our current crop of politicians have been stuck on stupid by this obsessive regard for Nazi-inspired war-logic. War-logic literally runs the Republican Party.
Abroad, the war has inflamed many in the Islamic world who previously had been unsympathetic to violent jihad. But despite all the hype, U.S. law-enforcement officials have found little evidence of serious terrorist activities inside the country, prompting them to escalate their use of pre-emptive prosecution and entrapment to justify their enormous budgets. Where there are no terrorists, we are finding enormous budgets and war-logic attacking U.S. citizens, families and children.
Obvious cases like my own family's concerning health care issues are being criminally upcoded to police and other "get tough" agencies. Upcoding these children's cases to military-styled bureaucrats causes severe trauma and is indeed one of the most unconstitutional outrages of our time. The methods being used against these children are Monarch Mind Control methods advanced by our own CIA and military. The Republican Party is one of the most mind-controlled political parties in the world today. This makes them highly predictable and John McCain's "poverty tour" is equally predictable for its Orwellian doublespeak about "compassionate conservatism." This "compassion" will vaporize immediately upon his election, just as all Republican promises of such have vaporized since Monarch Mind Control has taken over the Party. Where the war-logic of the military rules, the Constitution does not. These Republicans are literally blind to active child trafficking in America because it largely traffics their political enemies. These violations of the Constitution must be addressed through strong court actions as the evidence against war-logic as "constitutional" is literally overwhelming. How much evidence do non-programmed people really need? Are there any non-programmed people left?
This mind control through sexual innuendo, sexual repression and unconstitutional abuses even applies to local newspapers who blindly advance pro-Nazi mind control. This is a post from The Bedford Gazette, website, Bedford, Pennsylvania on April 30, 2008. The outrageous unconstitutionality of this post should bring them a law suit, not only for defamation but for the continual incitement of sexual bigotry and hysteria in this community:
"Mistrial declared in sexual assault case
A jury Tuesday deliberated more than three hours Tuesday in the case of Robert Stephen Bennett, 43, of Everett, who was accused of twice coercing his niece into performing oral sex. The jurors then told Judge Daniel Howsare they were hopelessly deadlocked and a mistrial was declared. The prosecution said it would retry the case. The assaults happened when the girl first was 5 years old; the second time was two or three years later. The girl is now 13."
Does it occur to this "news" organization that members of our society are still innocent until proven guilty? Maybe if a jury does not agree that "The assaults happened," it is a good indication that you are defaming this man illegally? The mind control over "sex" is precisely that, mind control. Today's news media are feeding our women and children a constant supply of horror stories and dumbing down our children and families. These horror stories provide the hysteria and disinformation necessary to make these child-trafficking bureaucrats appear to be "necessary." Where true crimes involving male sexuality are rare, these news agencies inflate hysteria over common or necessary sexuality in much the same manner as black males were once lynched in this country for having sex with white females. This is pure irrational hysteria reflecting the predominant bigotry of the community. Much of this bigotry is distilled into children through sexual repression early in their lives. They grow up to view highly corrosive and destructive sexual repression as "normal."
The Femi-Nazi movement advances bigotries against male sexuality as an effective eugenics political movement removing these men from their reproductive rights. This is the unconscious motive of all eugenics programs while simultaneously advancing ignorance and deception onto children. These children then grow up to pass these Nazi attitudes onto their children. The irony is that in many cases, the girl is sexually repressed by these methods and made to feel the same shame and guilt about sex as Victorian women were made to feel. The Victorian period saw one of the highest rates of prostitution, drug abuse and suicides among woman. Sexual repression is no "empowering" feminism. Women and mothers today suffer extreme stress and are now actively encouraged to blame male sexuality for this stress. These criminals exist to place these men in actual Inquisitions run largely by female inquisitors, female hysteria and female ignorance. Very young children are coached and "provided" a complaint against their fathers by these conspirators against rights. Since "child empowerment" and "child abuse" actually mimic each other, this entire process becomes a political process over sexual power and is never in the best interest of any child.
The politically ostricized male is then demonized as the child is advanced as a sexless, innocent being, suppended in innocence. Since this child is meant to be "innocent," the child quickly becomes convinced that she is a bad person, if even secretly. The truth is rarely if ever as simple as draconian authority figures pretend to make it. Many girls go through aggressive penal phases and fathers are told not to inhibit this through punishments, neglect or silence. Sexual education is a life or death matter as well as critical for healthy psychological development. Fathers and males actually play an important role with children empowering them, despite what many women may want to believe. This empowerment tells girls that their sex is not shameful and is not to be repressed by ignorance, shame or fear. This is what Harvard teaches for very good reason, though this very same empowerment in the eyes of those Americans wrongfully held in ignorance themselves can be wildly misunderstood and demonized. This is the generational nature of imposed ignorance on children.
These are complex, private and constitutionally protected family issues that smug political agents are enflaming out of control. These agents serve only their simplistically fascist political goals, not the children who are destroyed by their "protection."
Once these common cases are upcoded to police, this hysteria becomes a purely adversarial theatre of the absurd and then requires a jury to determine if the hysteria is real or if this hysteria is caused by government itself. Juries often get these cases wrong, but they are far superior in their judgments than the programmed bureaucrats who created much of this hysteria. Our Founding Fathers anticipated mind control in bureaucrats: they deliberately limited their powers. But today, the overwhelming majority of non-elite families are destroyed by programmed bureaucrats with an agenda and not juries! This "political efficiency" is no accident.
Bedford County has a history of upcoding basic and common medical cases to draconian police and prosecutors. These political officials then advance themselves politically as "child saviors." This is a major fraud against these children. Since these children will suffer from poor medical attention, unnecessary trauma and guilt and a lifetime of stigma. It just so happens that sexual education is a process which is innate in human beings and very necessary. It can easily be used illegally as grounds to lynch just about anyone, especially politically non-elite men in Bedford County.
Perhaps this news organization would better serve this community if it advanced the true causes of these repeated cases: medical professionals who are necessary for these children have been driven out by these political hacks in Bedford County or are forced to conform to this Nazi tyranny. Effective sex education does not exist, because the parents themselves are being criminalized for it. These hacks do not know normal human development, nor do they care, and therefore advance tyranny and child trafficking where the Constitution is not enforced.
Bedford County needs to wake up to the reality that its community is a sexual repression cult, completely predictable by the sexual repression cults of our past. Report the facts before you lynch another victim.
We are raising money and awareness of this massive fraud against our children. The new World Court at the Hague is delegating special prosecutors for these child trafficking offenses. Get involved.

The case of Omar Khadr, the 15-year-old imprisoned for six years without due process.
An 18-year-old who gave birth in state custody after she was incorrectly seized in a raid on a polygamist sect ranch says the state kept her in foster care in an effort to seize her baby.
Pamela Jessop says the state knew how old she was when they raided her home.
Pamela Jessop said authorities knew how old she was when they raided her home on the Yearning for Zion Ranch, which is owned by the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
"I gave 'em my name. I gave 'em my age," Jessop said. "I was honest. Showed 'em my birth certificate and they acknowledged it, that I was 18."
The ranch is owned by the FLDS, a Mormon offshoot that practices polygamy. State child protection workers say they have found evidence that girls as young as 13 were forced to marry older men and bear their children.
On Thursday, the Texas Court of Appeals ruled the state should not have removed the children of 38 FLDS mothers because it failed to prove that they were in "imminent danger." It's not clear if the decision will affect the children whose mothers were not involved in the case. More than 450 of the sect's childeren are in state custody.
The state apparently agreed that Jessop was not a minor. A caseworker signed a statement saying Jessop gave her age as 18. Her birth certificate says so, along with a "bishop's list" collected as evidence from the sect's records.
There was also no denying she was weeks away from giving birth to her second child. And that, she believes, is why she wound up in foster care.
"They kept me all this time to get my little baby," she said.
Despite the evidence, the state placed her on a list that said she was a minor.
Texas officials denied that Jessop showed them any documents demonstrating she was 18. They also said she was happy to remain in foster care because she was allowed to stay with her 1-year-old son.
For more than a month, the state said, Jessop never asked to leave.
She said, however, that she asked them why they were keeping her "a hundred times at least."
When she went into labor, Jessop said what should have been one of the happiest days of her life turned into one of the worst.
"One of the most stressful, feeling like hawks were all around me, trying to snatch my baby the minute I shut my eyes or laid him down," Jessop recalled.
She said foster care workers were in the delivery room with her. Shortly after his birth, the baby joined her in foster care.
Jessop's attorney said she sees a pattern among FLDS clients, one in which the state ignores hard evidence and classifies adults as minors.
"They put them on that list so that they could continue to have them in custody so that they could either question them in connection with their investigation without attorneys present or, in the cases of women who are going to deliver their babies while in state custody, so they can get the babies," said attorney Andrea Sloan.
The state said any disputed minor who proves she is an adult is released.
After Jessop gave birth, she went to court and a judge ruled she was an adult. She was released from state custody. State officials said the hearing was the first time they had seen her birth certificate.
Jessop's two children remain in foster care, and she has been allowed to remain with the baby.
Jessop stands by her story, and her attorneys say they are considering a federal lawsuit against Texas officials for violating her civil rights.
"They're dealing with our lives and they've treated us like animals," Jessop said. "I can't trust a single person now."
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) released documents of forty-four autopsies held in Afghanistan and Iraq October 25, 2005. Twenty-one of those deaths were listed as homicides. The documents show that detainees died during and after interrogations by Navy SEALs, Military Intelligence, and Other Government Agency (OGA). “These documents present irrefutable evidence that U.S. operatives tortured detainees to death during interrogation,” said Amrit Singh, an attorney with the ACLU. “The public has a right to know who authorized the use of torture techniques and why these deaths have been covered up.”
The use of torture by the Bush administration around the world continues to spiral out of control.
The Department of Defense released the autopsy reports in response to a Freedom of Information Act request filed by the ACLU, the Center for Constitutional Rights, Physicians for Human Rights, Veterans for Common Sense, and Veterans for Peace.
One of forty-four U.S. military autopsy reports reads as follows: “Final Autopsy Report: DOD 003164, (Detainee) Died as a result of asphyxia (lack of oxygen to the brain) due to strangulation as evidenced by the recently fractured hyoid bone in the neck and soft tissue hemorrhage extending downward to the level of the right thyroid cartilage. Autopsy revealed bone fracture, rib fractures, contusions in mid abdomen, back and buttocks extending to the left flank, abrasions, lateral buttocks. Contusions, back of legs and knees; abrasions on knees, left fingers and encircling to left wrist. Lacerations and superficial cuts, right 4th and 5th fingers. Also, blunt force injuries, predominately recent contusions (bruises) on the torso and lower extremities. Abrasions on left wrist are consistent with use of restraints. No evidence of defense injuries or natural disease. Manner of death is homicide. Whitehorse Detainment Facility, Nasiriyah, Iraq.” Another report from the ACLU indicates: “a 27-year-old Iraqi male died while being interrogated by Navy Seals on April 5, 2004, in Mosul, Iraq. During his confinement he was hooded, flex-cuffed, sleep deprived and subjected to hot and cold environmental conditions, including the use of cold water on his body and head. The exact cause of death was ‘undetermined’ although the autopsy stated that hypothermia may have contributed to his death.” An overwhelming majority of the so-called “natural deaths” covered in the autopsies were attributed to “arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease” (heart attack). Persons under extreme stress and pain may have heart attacks as a result of the circumstances of their detainments.
The Associated Press carried the story of the ACLU charges on their wire service. However, a thorough check of LexisNexis and ProQuest electronic data bases, using the keywords ACLU and autopsy, showed that at least 95 percent of the daily papers in the U.S. did not bother to pick up the story. The Los Angeles Times covered the story on page A4 with a 635-word report headlined “Autopsies Support Abuse Allegations.” Fewer than a dozen other daily newspapers including: Bangor Daily News, Maine, page 8; Telegraph-Herald, Dubuque, Iowa, page 6; Charleston Gazette, page 5; Advocate, Baton Rouge, page 11; and a half dozen others actually covered the story. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and the Seattle Times buried the story inside general Iraq news articles. USA Today posted the story on their website. MSNBC posted the story to their website, but apparently did not consider it newsworthy enough to air on television.
Janis Karpinski, U.S. Brigadier General Commander of the 800th Military Police Brigade, was in charge of seventeen prison facilities in Iraq during the Abu Ghraib scandal in 2003. Karpinski testified January 21, 2006 in New York City at the International Commission of Inquiry on Crimes against Humanity Committed by the Bush administration. Karpinski stated: “General [Ricardo] Sanchez [commander of coalition ground forces in Iraq] signed the eight-page memorandum authorizing a laundry list of harsh techniques in interrogations to include specific use of dogs and muzzled dogs with his specific permission.” Karpinski went on to claim that Major General Geoffrey Miller, who had been “specifically selected by the Secretary of Defense to go to Guantanamo Bay and run the interrogations operations,” was dispatched to Iraq by the Bush administration to “work with the military intelligence personnel to teach them new and improved interrogation techniques.” When asked how far up the chain of command responsibility for the torture orders for Abu Ghraib went, Karpinski said, “The Secretary of Defense would not have authorized without the approval of the Vice President.”
UPDATE BY DAHR JAMAIL
This story, published in March 2006, was merely a snapshot of the ongoing and worsening policy of the Bush administration regarding torture. And not just time, but places show snapshots of the criminal policy of the current administration—Iraq, like Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, Bagram Air Force Base in Afghanistan, and other “secret” U.S. military detention centers in Eastern European countries are physical examples of an ongoing policy which breaches both international law and our very constitution.
But breaking international and domestic law has not been a concern of an administration led by a “president” who has claimed “authority” to disobey over 750 laws passed by Congress. In fact, when this same individual does things like signing a secret order in 2002 which authorized the National Security Agency to violate the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act by wiretapping the phones of U.S. citizens, and then goes on to allow the secret collection of the telephone records of tens of millions of Americans, torture is but one portion of this corrupted picture. This is a critical ongoing story, not just because it violates international and domestic law, but this state-sanctioned brutality, bankrupt of any morality and decency, is already coming back home to haunt Americans. When U.S. soldiers are captured in Iraq or another foreign country, what basis does the U.S. have now to ask for their fair and humane treatment? And with police brutality and draconian “security” measures becoming more real within the U.S. with each passing day, why wouldn’t these policies be visited upon U.S. citizens?
While torture is occasionally glimpsed by mainstream media outlets such as the Washington Post and Time Magazine, we must continue to rely on groups like the Center for Constitutional Rights in New York City, Human Rights Watch, and Amnesty International who cover the subject thoroughly, persistently, and unlike (of course) any corporate media outlets.
Since I wrote this story, there continues to be a deluge of information and proof of the Bush administration continuing and even widening their policy of torture, as well as their rendering prisoners to countries which have torturing human beings down to a science.
All of this, despite the fact that U.S. laws prohibit torture absolutely, clearly stating that torture is never, ever permitted, even in a time of war.
