Children and Youth Services are effectively sterilizing millions of American families through basic witchcraft devices, not established science, concerning necessary and normal human sexuality. It is critically important that we all understand this powerful psychology, as our children are being programmed for a top-down reversal of our Constitution. We can now prove that such bureaucrats have been programmed by an elitist "science" which comes directly from Nazi Germany Mind Control trauma-based conditioning methods. The subsequent drugging of children after their parents have been removed from their lives is likewise a horrific civil rights violation resulting in millions of chemically dependent misfits who are deliberately set up to be ensnared by numerous institutional traps of the elite. Such a system is no arbitrary evolution and is highly unconstitutional, not because American parents demanded such a system, but is, in fact, a design secretly implemented by elite eugenicists to repress the non-elite and remove them from political power. The U.S. Supreme Court has held that parents have a fundamental right in the education and care of their children. These parents have a fundamental right of privacy and liberty in regards related to marriage, family education and sexual matters. We will resist the Nazification of America with the full force and weight of our Constitution's demand for a bottom-up power system of patriotic citizens, not a top-down power system of the killer elite. What arises as incomprehensible throughout history, is the vital realization that it has been deliberately made so.

The ruthless advance of sterilization addressed in the important Supreme Court case Skinner v. Oklahoma did not go away simply by the full revelation of Hitler's eugenics crimes. Such a movement is irresistible and full of intellectual seduction as the driving force of those who view themselves as the "thoroughbreds of humanity" who are charged with the burdensome task of shaping our entire population into their own image. During the Great Depression, Oklahoma's inmates were to be sterilized as a "pioneering movement in social science." The case of Skinner was the result of a massive elitist movement to repress the reproduction of "inferiors." By 1928, over 375 American universities and colleges taught courses in eugenics, as many as 20,000 students took these courses, and 70 percent of high school biology textbooks endorsed eugenics in some form. Today, this same mass mind control effort designed to program the next generation of social workers, police, lawyers and policy-makers is on-going, but in a different form. Today's Eugenics movement enjoys the full and unfettered use of Nazi Mind Control devices, perfected by our own CIA, employing Freudian sex taboos against parents.

All such movements are presented as "altruistic." Eugenics was advanced as a measure to "prevent suffering," as a prevention of everything from crime to birth defects. Oklahoma's Governor Murray endorsed eugenics as "Sterilization is not a punishment but a protection. By preventing reproduction, one of the basic causes (of weak minds) can be cured." Active government involvement with sterilization even included the active infection of syphilis in targeted minority groups. Full revelation of these crimes at Tuskegee and the liberation of Nazi death camps in 1945 forced the eugenics movement to function underground. They would literally need to employ highly duplicitous methods of deception to undertake broad sterilization programs.

The Skinner case brought these issues to the forefront of American jurisprudence, as the issue of equal protection and the rights of marriage and family were central to the sterilization debate. Sterile men were men whose marriages could be annulled by religion and terminated by law; sterilization meant that a man could lose his family. Would the prisoners' wives and girlfriends remain faithful if they would never have children? Could the prisoners ever be considered "normal" if they never had a son or daughter? Such questions are today fully relevant to forced sterilization imposed upon countless millions of men and fathers due to this same eugenics movement being applied in Family Courts and through "Child Services" organizations. Though this eugenics movement has changed its methods, it is fundamentally the same movement as the 1930s.

Sterilization laws had always been written not only with heredity but also with sex in mind. Eugenics has always been preoccupied with sex. More than a few laws imposed sterilization for rape and "perversion." In some cases, this was a reference to pedophilia. But eugenicists discovered that much of their entire movement was based upon such hyperactivity regarding sex, sexual perversion and the process of demonizing their political enemies. Eugenics turned to highly advanced public relations methods and sex programming as advanced at Tavistock. Sterilization could effectively be employed through unconscious sex-fear programming. Freudian sex taboos became highly relevant to their movement. Today, we see that this entire demonization process is fully "normalized" throughout our media, our politics and our society. By viewing the CNN website over many months, we find a constant repetition of sex horror stories involving children and by repetition, such psychic attacks build subconscious fears that destroy families through irrational sex fears and produce statistical results for eugenicists.

The Eugenics movement of today has benefited by enormous federal spending through secret "truth" programs at top universities and institutions and by the Tavistock "science" of unconscious sex manipulation. This is the science of destroying families and sterilizing millions of "undesirables" by programming irrational sex fears into the public and into bureaucrats. This programming will get more and more bizarre as the eugenics movement advances this witchcraft in an attempt to kill 95% of the world's population. Until this "science" is fully revealed to the masses and in our own courts as the very same "science" that resulted in the Holocaust, we are all assured yet another Holocaust.

In 1902, Andrew Carnegie founded the Carnegie Institute which among other things, funded the Eugenics Record Office in America. The ERO (1910-1944) operated from Cold Spring Harbor in New York. Eugenics policies, which led to the sterilization of thousands of Americans, were developed in this office.

The Rockefellers, perhaps more so, were also heavily involved with eugenics. Rockefeller influence in American eugenics can be traced to the beginnings of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratories. John D. Rockefeller, along with Averell Harriman gave $11 million to create the facility in the early 1900's. Rockefeller influence also spread overseas to Germany, where the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Psychiatry, and the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Eugenics, Anthropology and Human Heredity resided. Much of the money used to run these facilities came from Rockefeller. These weren't just average scientific institutes; the Kaiser Wilhelm Institutes would become the center for Nazi eugenics programs.

As documented by Gary Allen in "The Rockefeller File" the Rockefellers continue to give money to eugenics and population control related organizations, "In 1970, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund gave $500,000 to the Population Council. The Rockefeller Foundation gave ecology grants of $10,000 to the New School for Social Research, and $10,000 to the Population Reference Bureau."

The Population Council was founded by John D. Rockefeller the 3rd in 1952. The first president of the Council, Frederick Osborn, was appointed by Rockefeller. Osborn was the leader of the American Eugenics Society, and member of the Galton Society, founded in 1918.

Osborn stated in the 1956 edition of "The Eugenics Review" that,

"...the reasons advanced must be generally acceptable reasons. Let's stop telling anyone that they have a genetically inferior genetic quality, for they will never agree. Let's base our proposals on the desirability of having children born in homes where they will get affectionate and responsible care, and perhaps our proposals will be accepted. It seems to me that if it is to progress as it should, eugenics must follow new policies and state its case anew, and that from this rebirth we may, even in our own lifetime, see it moving at last towards the high goals which Galton set for it."

Eugenics kills from the bottom up. Those who view themselves as "elite" won't see it coming for their own children.

In 1973, the Rockefeller Foundation again gave $500,000 to the Population Council and $25,000 to the Population Crisis Committee, while the Rockefeller Brothers Fund gave $250,000 to the Population Council, and $250,000 to the Population Institute. But such efforts were miniscule by federal spending standards. CAPTA initiated in 1973 introduced "minimum standards of child abuse" which led to massive "truth" spending through major universities, publishing houses and media to advance the idea of horrible and rampant child abuse. Yet another Republican "war" would be launched through war-logic and not sound medical science or sound jurisprudence. The result was an explosion of perceived child abuse cases that applied mainly to the enemies of the Republican death-cult elite.

But how does this serve eugenics? These cases are carefully programmed through "studies" and other high-sounding methods to apply only to the non-elite, the "poor" of society. The increase in child "abuse" in these lower non-elite populations was recorded at 22 times higher in 1988 than in 1973. This coincided with many sexual hysteria cases coming from the media during the Reagan administration. The sleight of hand effect was made a federal mandate where HIV/AIDS sex education and most other dutiful parenting was ignored or even praised in the elite while simultaneously used to ensnare and destroy millions of non-elite families by bureaucrats programmed to see sex abuse everywhere there are poor people as they perfect the witchcraft of sexual amplification devices. Families are carefully confirmed as "non-elite" before such witchcraft is applied to them. The more the non-elite demands basic civil rights the more witchcraft is inflicted on his or her children.

By repressing the sound sciences concerning human development and the parental duty, sexual hystera, a powerful mind control device, serves to destroy millions of U.S. non-elite families. A statistically superior percentage of these children have no other futures than the military. This is "low intensity conflict" through psychological warfare and it all serves the Pentagon and the eugenicists.

Killing to save the earth

Since the early days of eugenics, a new "brand" of this science has emerged in modern times. The environmental branch of eugenics believes that, due to overpopulation, measures must be taken to either impede population growth through various eugenic policies, or take drastic measures to eliminate living human beings from the earth. Unlike those who advocate eugenics to strictly rid humanity of "undesirables," some advocate the culling of humanity in general in order to save planet earth. Many globalist initiatives surround environmental issues, one of which has been population control and reduction.

John Glad, a professor of Russian studies who has taught at several universities and worked for the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, wrote a book titled "Future Human Evolution: Eugenics in the Twenty-First Century." In the introduction, Glad writes,

"Eugenics views itself as the fourth leg of the chair of civilization, the other three being a) a thrifty expenditure of natural resources, b) mitigation of environmental pollution, and c) maintenance of a human population not exceeding the planet’s carrying capacity. Eugenics, which can be thought of as human ecology, is thus part and parcel of the environmental movement."
