Ebay Establishing a de facto Securities Racketeering Scheme and Targets Gullible Children

Usury is the most universal form of Mind Control. Usury builds slavery at the subconscious level and this is its real purpose. It is why the drug dealer will first give your child free samples. Usury is indoctrinated at childhood and rarely questioned anytime after that. It sustains a fundamental illusion that you can get something for nothing. But who does this illusion really serve?

The CIA Facebook Conspiracy on Children

Hitler controlled the German citizenry by mandating national I.D. cards without which no one could obtain work, food or travel. By means of the information on these cards, those who were socially unfit or were political non-conformers for the new German state were easily identified and eliminated. Within two weeks of the WTC/Pentegon attacks, ORACLE Chairman and CEO Larry Ellison called for the United States to create a national identification system to thwart terrorists and offered to donate the software for this massive enterprise. Under Ellison's proposal, Americans would be photographed and fingerprinted and the information would be placed on a database used by airport security officials to verify identities of travelers at airplane gates. What most Americans do not know is that Tavistock has been working for many years to condition Americans for glitterized cards that would serve as their "identities." Such Mind Control would function on the subconscious level and can easily be manipulated by wrongful authority in charge of the entire system. It is absolute control, designed to reverse our Constitution, serving to make the elite at the very top of this pyramid scheme absolute tyrants, not constitutionally elected officials.

The major marketers of sports collectibles have built themselves an illegal securities market designed to brainwash our children. This market comes complete with unconstitutional "policies" which "secure" their market from all unwanted competition and art forms. This market is largely advanced by ebay and its overwhelming monopoly influence. These are not art forms banned by law, but by a purely arbitrary "ebay policy" backed up by Paypal "protection" scams. They "protect" a highly inflated "investment" market against any legal competition. In fact, these art forms are actively promoted by our federal government as a public service but simultaneously banned on ebay. This illegal securities market involves billions of dollars and comes complete with criminal policy enforcers, industry news forums and a team of "get tough" ebay police. But most of ebay "policing" is done by ebayers, most of whom know very little about copyright law.

This industry has evolved over the past 15 years to become the carnival of con-artists who entice your children's minds and dollars with glitter, gambling and kitsch, only, this carnival never leaves town. The way this usury works is through the false indoctrination of children into the belief that they can get something for nothing. This is an indoctrination into gambling which through very sophisticated marketing we are all led to believe is harmless or normal. But these children will grow up to lead Wall Street and our own government with these values. These children have been so Mind Controlled so as to now believe this card industry does not need to function under our Constitution and its law. Once a federal judge sees what monsters these collector "kids" have really become over cardboard icons, the corruption of this industry will be reversed by a true public interest, using Public Domain rights to safeguard children from this usury.

Ebay and Big Sports are providing forums for illegal civil rights violations against artists, ebay members and collectible dealers who deal with this Public Domain art in any meaningful way (i.e. profitable ways). The new hysteria over trademark/copyright infingements are very real, but are now applied to legal Public Domain artwork that threatens the collectible industry. Ebay is setting up a de facto securities market for the elite corporations using these illegal methods and empowering these criminals. They are the elite and they are working for the elite. I have an enormous amount of evidence to prove it.

Make no mistake about it, when I expose this enormous "investment" fraud by the big boys, they become very nervous, have shut down my ebay account, attacked my bank accounts through Paypal, shut down my Internet site and much more. For this, I am allotted 130 characters to respond to the all-mighty ebay itself. Their powers denote an air of authority which completely regulates this market. These are true criminals committing real crimes through the construct of a virtual world. Ebay will not inform its members that anyone has a right to reproduce Public Domain art. Instead, ebay blatantly violates these artists by banning their work even as ebay functions as the sole monopoly over this industry. Ebay is now the sole regulator over what is "art" and what is dismissed as a "knock-off."

Ever since 1922, when the Supreme Court exempted baseball from United States antitrust laws, major corporate players in the game presumed an elitist status, but not for Public Domain art which predates 1922. Before ebay, the Public Domain artists and photographers enjoyed a thriving business creating works in very high demand through extremely sophisticated antiquing processes which require years to develop. After ebay, these same artists are viciously attacked as "con-artists" and driven out of business. Now their works are part of an incredibly robust "investment" market completely controlled and monopolized by a few corporations--this is a monopoly which presumes rights that it does not have. But the law protecting Public Domain work has never changed.

Twenty years ago a good antiqued photograph of Babe Ruth from the 1920s could fetch $20.00. Today, this same photograph can fetch $500.00 on ebay, but only if ebay doesn't pull it first. Why does ebay pull it? Apparently it has a lot to do with ebay networking and the effect of a mob of ebayers emailing each other, something that never existed before ebay. The many ebay variables now required from dealers regarding this artwork never existed before either. Ebay provides a very effective forum for anonymous cyber-stalkers but ebay "policies" are doing far more than repressing a perfectly legal art market, their policies are creating the lie that a mob can effectively control and regulate an entire industry which at one time enjoyed a free and open market regulated only by the law. This regulation by ebay is the power to destroy and has destroyed this industry while simultaneously advancing the lie that these collector-"investors" are "protected" from a free and open market. The outrageously inflated prices paid by ebayers through an ebay monopoly are "protected" by ebay and perpetuated by ebay. Isn't this a recipe for disaster for these "investors," many of them being children?

My premium real-photo cards depicting antique baseball and other Public Domain imagery are made with the same processes as old tobacco cards. But any confusion between my cards and those of the distant past is now a real public service, because this confusion exposes the real fraud. I encouraged the Library of Congress to supply this art to the public back in 1998 because one of the two major card companies was trying to monopolize and repress these Public Domain images. My cards are not only "not allowed" under any ebay category, ebay will shut down my ebay sales operation, launch a libelous campaign against myself and my products. They respond quite effectively to this "investor" outrage against my cards. So I placed my cards on my own website, explaining on many sports card forums why Public Domain actually serves the public and free markets. It happens to be the law. But as soon as I announced my independence from ebay on my website, this website was attacked and these attacks are fully documented, on-going and easy to prove.

This industry is repressing far more than just sports cards. They now grade and encapsulate postcards, photographs, publications, product packaging and just about anything related in any way to sports. Topps and Bowman are producing new lines of "old" baseball imagery and enjoy the full freedoms of Public Domain art. There are no licensing, trademark or copyright restrictions. These companies also "re-issue" cards many, many times, but my re-issues are absolutely repressed out of this market. This is the result of actual corporate mind control which maintains a powerful influence over children and adults alike. For example, a 1952 Bowman Mickey Mantle Rookie card is an icon of the industry and made absolutely "sacred" through mind control methods. This card "books" at $50,000 in mint condition. But this industry never informs these ardent collectors that Bowman re-issues this card at its own discretion and may, in fact, re-issue the precise same card, even on 1952 card stock. They will also not inform the public that Bowman's icon is really a fraud in that these "securities" are not secure in any way. This security is a total illusion maintained by corporate mind control.

Grading companies will not grade my products, however, because I am not a major industry corporation like Topps or Bowman who manufacture the exact same thing. In Europe, where such re-issues of famous icons of cultural art are commonly made by artists, my work is well received. Of course, I do not violate existing U.S. restrictions in modern baseball imagery or copyrights, but they do not care. Why should they? This is a massive mind control operation peculiar to the U.S. and is enforced by the ebay single-market establishment targeting American children for "investment" usury. It's been working extremely effectively for many years. But now, there is no free market to bring these kids down to reality (not that they ever were in reality in the first place), so ebay supplies them with the false comfort that their tobacco card collections are "protected" from any outside competition.

My work is not "authentic" to this mob, but the exact same images from Topps or Bowman are. Ten years ago my work went into the Smithsonian's Americana exhibit. Today, major publishers in this industry actively libel me as a "con-artist" because my work is actually a threat to the ebay-single-market establishment. But my work is perfectly legal and employs Public Domain art provided by the Library of Congress, a federal agency. My art has precisely the same constitutional protections as Paul Revere's artwork in the 1700s, but through total corporate mind control, entire generations of collectors are now completely ignorant of our Constitution and our laws. They stand to lose millions of dollars by this sports industry fraud, but prefer to blame me instead of the industry. I am the messenger of doom and gloom. They truly believe that ebay tyranny trumps our Constitution.

This mind control illusion of collectibles being "sacred" "investments" is so powerful, that it has literally built ebay itself from a Pez collectibles site to a giant multi-national and a massive monopoly distributing corporate mind control throughout the world. They will do anything to protect this massive fraud!

I am actively seeking a law firm to redress these civil rights violations and to alert federal authorities to the unconstitutional restrictions placed on our free market by these conspirators. Bringing this market back in line with reality and our Constitution is one of the most important Public Service missions in the anti-trust, civil litigation field. We should never underestimate the power of the icon to manipulate children for a life of usury. The power of the icon is the power to corrupt absolutely. Glitterized cards will dominate these children for the rest of their lives. Isn't it worth investigating how this slavery actually works?

Artists, like myself, are very well aware of our nation's copyright laws and the civil rights of ebay members. In fact, we are by far one of the strongest voices advocating copyright protections. We actively support all legal copyright and trademark laws. The denigration of my work of nearly thirty years is being committed through threats, bank account seizures, Internet attacks, mass harassment, libel and illegal conspiracies by ebay members and collectors. It is only a matter of time before an entire industry dedicated to the public interest is repressed out of business through personal violence and real force. This is precisely what the corporate elite and brainwashed collectors want! This is a result of corporate mind control over children. Even as these children grow into adults, they are still duped by the idea that our Constitution protects corporations more than the individual.

They are outraged by our Constitution's protections for Public Domain artist and have advanced numerous fraud schemes which employ extortion methods against our products, businesses and our constitutional rights. This illegal mob is fully ignorant of the Constitution and the federal felonies known as conspiracies against rights, RICO and First Amendment rights discrimination. These crimes are not only active on ebay and other major sports collectible sites, it is empowered by these sites through forums, threats and illegal banking methods using Paypal to defraud our bank accounts. This is a true organized crime effort advancing the lie that these icons of Americana cannot be legally made, sold or distributed unless done so by the corporate elite. Are they hiding a multi-billion dollar "investment" scheme?

They will say that specific dealers or "con-artists" "made" "fakes" and will ignore the fact that this art form is a major industry done by hundreds of artists fully legally--just like in the good-old-days when these "investments" were made for mass distribution by very small companies and individuals. Imagine the impact to our culture if Shakespeare's plays were monopolized by only one or two theaters or the inspirational works of our nation's history were repressed and enjoyed only by an elite few. Public Domain art is advanced by our own federal government through institutions like the Library of Congress which supplies major icons of American Public Domain art to artists throughout the world. This is a public service! This service of the Library of Congress does not apply to art protected by copyright or trademark law. These companies are defunked and have abandoned thier trademarks. The photography has lost its copyright protections long ago. And before you believe that my work "confuses" anyone, this art form is advanced by major sports card companies themselves who are "protected" by ebay by their industry status. They simply "re-issue" old cards, which I am not allowed to do. If these cards are in so much demand and are simultaneously in the Public Domain, isn't it a public interest to re-issue them?

But this "protection" is a mob protection and this fraud does not only affect artists, publishers and photographers, this fraud falsely encourages collectors to buy and sell on ebay based upon the notion that their collections are "protected" by law when in fact, they are only protected by a mob. Ebay's arbitrary policies do not protect anyone but ebay and the top two sports card makers. Ebay's arrogance is falsely encouraging these collectors with the notion that they are "protected" from those artists, photographers and publishers who may wish to exercise their constitutional rights as public domain artists. This arrogance over the Constitution will not prevail in any court of law because limits on the duration of trademark and copyrights are an essential part of our Constitutional rights to advance public interests. Any judge that will contemplate making a precedent against this basic constitutional right will open a Pandora's box of repression against all major libraries, museums, publishers and artists.

I will assure any law firm that I only work with Public Domain Imagery when any such imagery is possibly a violation of any copyright or trademark protection. This is an established standard of any dealer which is a right protected by our Constitution. This is a legitimate and large industry for which the Constitution must apply.

Because of this illegal repression of rights, I can easily earn $5,000/day on ebay alone, if ebay were to honor my constitutional rights. This is a real financial loss directly attributable to ebay and a few corporate elite. But of course, this inflated earning potential was created by ebay by eliminating much of my competition and will be regulated downward by normal market forces.

This was, nonetheless a multi-million dollar industry which ebay has effectively destroyed through monopoly powers.

Our Constitutional rights are not understood by a vast number of ebay collectors, therefore, they believe that through a mob criminal approach enforced through ebay, they can destroy an entire industry dedicated to providing authentic artwork to museums and collectors. This "authentic" art is by no means deceptive, since it has been an ongoing industry for over 100 years employed by most major publishing houses, museums, photographers and artists. My intent is not to "confuse" anyone but to sell my products using the same terms, descriptions and rights enjoyed by the big companies. The Constitution recognizes this power of the people very explicitly. The term which ebay frequently uses to destroy our marketplace is "authentic." They obviously do not know trade mark or copyright law which protects our products from this fraud. This fraud has empowered organized crime members to traffic in these products as actual money, since ebay has served to inflate their values outside of a free market based on real and not virtual market controls. This fraud personally defrauds me of approximately $5,000 per day, since ebay has a de facto monopoly over this industry and the perceptions which negatively affect this industry. These perceptions are not based in law, but upon ebay and Paypal "policy" which is entirely arbitrary. This arbitrary power now decides which industries survive and which do not. If my products cannot be sold on ebay, no one will purchase them.

They therefore advance the false perception that very sophisticated artwork is a "fake" or a "knock-off" or is not "authentic" and must be labelled as such. They now routinely apply this to Public Domain imagery. This propaganda then gets distributed throughout the Internet on sites like Beckett.com ("The #1 Authority on Collectibles") which actively libels my work. This effectively destroys this free market making it free only for a few corporate elite who profit in the billions of dollars by this repression of rights. These industry terms are not legal terms recognized by our laws for a very good reason. The public has inherent rights. Our Constitution provides for a limited time of copyright protection because the Public Domain artist has an absolute right for absolute duplication of this work. Those works which are in the public domain do not require dealers to "authenticate" them. This includes a precise duplication, which makes many speculators in public domain art very angry (they are not aware of copyright limitations). But to the public domain artist whose entire livelihood is based upon keeping this free market free, this precise duplication is valued at extremely high prices since this work requires many years to achieve. This level of art is not distinguished by "authentic" or "not authentic." This art is distinguished for what it is and is advanced as such. Major museums understand this. Those experts in copyright laws understand this.

It is responsibility of the buyer or the collecting industry to adjust to our Constitution. It is not the responsibility of the artist or dealer to do so. In this "buyer beware" marketplace, ebay is presuming a regulatory role which is fundamentally unsustainable and misleading, many or most dealers cannot "authenticate" old art from new art. This is a matter for which many collectors may want to address through some industry technology, but it is not an excuse to violate the basic rights of artists, dealers and collectors.

I seek a law firm which will advance our Constitutional rights to be Public Domain artists.

Mind Control begins in childhood. Corporate Mind Control is a major threat to our children and through vigilance, we will prevail. Learn the truth!
