This is the one icon of American power that they don't want you to know about. Due to powerful marionette programming, most Americans are unaware that they are programmed marionettes. The blending of religion and patriotism has been an ongoing mission of Mind Control and is completely obvious. Children educated early and effectively about sexuality will have a much more sophisticated sexual ethics development which protects them from wrongful political manipulation. Any line of questioning in this regard is effectively made totally taboo even though it would appear overwhelmingly obvious to any outsider.

Project Monarch is a US Defense Department code name assigned to a subsection of the Central Intelligence Agency's Operation Artichoke later become Project MK Ultra. Whereas Project Monarch was officially dedicated sometime in the early 1960's by the US Army. Project 63 was dictated to the secret importation of a group of German Nazi and Italian fascists scientists. This was accomplished in 1959 so as to reunite these scientists with their captured comrades from WW II. These scientists areas of expertise were primarily physics (rocket R& D), psychiatry (mind control/Psychological Warfare), and micro biology/ pharmacology.
All of these fields of research have now found their way into our civilian populations, just as President Eisenhower feared. But also as Eisenhower feared, huge amounts of these documents have been destroyed by CIA operatives. This destruction now covers their tracks and any discussion of Monarch Mind Control is dismissed as quackery, conveniently!
Although Project Monarch information has to date not been declassified as was it's research umbrella from D.o.D. mind control studies known as project MK Ultra. It never-the-less has become a household word among a multitude of Intelligence Community operatives.
Project MK Ultra was exposed publicly in 1970 through law suits filed by Canadian survivors and/or their surviving families. These brave persons received the cooperation of Canadian Intelligence individuals and others who uncovered one of the CIA's original mind control research mental health facilities based in Montreal, Quebec Canada. Although the CIA and Canadian government settled the lawsuits out of court so as not to be required to officially admit to any wrong doing -- the secret was out.
Now, almost four decades later, the United States and Canadian populace is beginning to feel the criminal atrocities being committed against them in the private sector as a direct result of the so-called "secret" mind control experiments. Military training now uses these methods virtually everywhere. Now millions of people have been conditioned by these programs as "sex mules" or "daddies" on some level and the only known protection for children is early and effective sex education in the home. This education is being actively denied and wrongfully portrayed by draconian sexual repression practices throughout the U.S. Good parents are being criminalized with these very methods.
Now, a wave of transgenerational occult mind control victims are so numerous within our general population that the US government has launched, through its vast network of CIA operatives and public agencies misinformation campaigns to cover-up this source of pure evil. One of the most prominent misinformation campaigns is targeting a supernatural source (rather than the CIA) with the justification label "spiritual warfare"... A.K.A. to Intelligence specialists as Operation Armageddon. This cover-up is designed to place blame on religious factions.
PROJECT MONARCH PROGRAMMING DEFINITIONS
1. ALPHA - This is considered "regular programming." This is actually what would be considered a "base Personality" control or actual "political" control. The original purpose of Alpha was to program (train/condition the mind through torture) of the espionage agent to perform certain difficult tasks. Alpha programming is accomplished through deliberately subdividing the victim's personality through trauma, coercion or severe repression, which in essence causes a left brain right brain division allowing for a programmed union of L and R through neuron pathway stimulations and you've got it, a person who can now utilize both sides of his/her brain for any simple task. This process also works in "low level" social control like sexual repression and learned ignorance which employs sexual trauma. Children are most vulnerable due to their youthful nervous system and are affected through direct trauma involving depersonalized stripping, sensory deprivation as in holding cells, sexual examinations by strangers and prolonged separation from critical parent or loved one. These are "bootcamp" methods of torture and mind control applied to very young children which often works on the "spiritual" sub-conscious level. Like most of the military, this process literally turns your children into Republicans by "blending" a political agenda with "spiritual values" like religion and patriotism. And they don't want you to know about it!
2. BETA -This is a combination of Alpha ; "logic" programming and Beta primordial (primitive mind) sex programming. This programming eliminates learned moral convictions and stimulates the primitive sexual instincts devoid of inhibitions. This training Program (usually for women) is for developing the "ultimate prostitute"...a sex machine. This is the most used (by the abusers knowledgeable of the Project Monarch) program. Children of knowledgeable persons are being preconditioned through incest and "sold" into the conspiracy for additional Beta conditioning to eventually satisfy the bizarre perversions of politicians, bankers, drug lords, or anyone deemed valuable to the conspiracy. This is the programming for which Ms. O'Brien testified before Congress and can be effectively countered through effective sex education.
3. DELTA - This program was originally designed to train special agents and espionage agents' minds for becoming fearless terrorists devoid of fear and basic self preservation instincts capable of incredible feats of physical endurance and murder. The new revised edition of Delta has pulled from the Delta program information on training the new breed of man - one who kills and, if caught, self-destructs. This program is now applied to some Beta prostitutes who double as drug mules...to protect the identity of their owners if they are caught, they die -of "natural causes."
4. THETA -Psychic programming ...the "exotic one". But not to be confused with the paranormal phenomenon of fortune telling or future forecasting. Those are examples of a magician's craft - while Theta psychic programming was and is the exploration of an unpredictable fact of human science. The initial results of Theta programmed subjects were inconsistent that the Theta project was virtually abandoned before its research completion date. Duke University, North Carolina, among other prominent "institutions", devoted many years to this project with what equated to poor results. It seems that the region of the brain able of transmitting and/or receiving "mental messages" has not yet evolved to a level for dependable communication...with any predictable, reliable consistency. The Soviets, however, invested billions of dollars into their version of psychic research and claimed/proved remarkable successes. With the advances in directed energy research... Theta "psychic driving" is obsolete.
But the Theta program "head" was not dead yet. Theta couldn't die because of the Soviet's reported successes...it evolved into bio-medical human telemetry and directed target energy involving lasers and/or electromagnetics...the results of which were referred to as "electronic possession". The ultimate challenge for the 21st century exorcist... providing he worked a day job-as a skilled CIA supported Neurosurgeon.
A few years ago, this programming technique involved the surgical implantation of sodium/lithium powered high frequency receiver/ transducers coupled to a multi-range discharge capacitor that when signaled by remote control would electronically stimulate designated parts of the brain to signal the victim to respond according to his/her program. These experiments were only partially successful with a high mortality and paralysis rate. However, the technical mind control equipment evolution would advance to levels well beyond the grasp of any reader. Now it seems that "implants" will eventually become as common in numbers as are the victims of trauma based psychological mind control...but non implanted ,non programmed victims will hold the largest majority...the 1990's version of mind control requires neither implant or program...just computer driven directed energy using microwave...anybody can become a target.
THE COMPONENTS
Originally the physical components thought to be necessary to program/deprogram were rather complex and cumbersome...enough "laboratory decadence" to make Dr. Frankenstein blush. There were elaborate sound and light-proof sensory depravation isolation chambers, some using exotic suspension fluids that could mimic weightlessness. Direct current high voltage with very low amperage electroshock devices are the most important tools of the trade as the brain is electrically powered. Voltages ranged from .072 volt to 200,000 depending on application and to what part of the body it was to be administered. These methods are routinely applied to political prisoners in order to de-program them.
There are "strap on" head and foot devices that could deliver a mind altering shock of an exact duration according to the subject's brainwave activity and/or heartbeat. Other portable hand held stun gun type devices can deliver shock up to 200,000 volts for a variety of reasons, but primarily for instant control of the conscious mind.
A great deal of successful research and development went into the effects of harmonics or inaudible to the conscious ear sound waves that affect the RNA covering of neuron pathways to the subconscious. Harmonics generators, code named ether-wave, are capable of subconscious mind embedding detailed messages (commands linked to audible triggers). This is known as electronic programming and is a standard programming device in all forms of Project Monarch. Hence the reason many Monarch survivors (drug mules/prostitutes) recall being taken onto certain US military bases and "Freedom Ranch" a.k.a. trauma centers for "programming".
Mind altering drugs...natural and synthetic compounds that can instantly alter certain brain/thought functions were developed from modern medical technology and from ancient witchcraft formulas.
The revised components list is not so comprehensive and obvious. For instance, a sound proofed burial casket makes a great sensory depravation chamber similar to one being used now at a Kentucky (CIA) conditioning camp". There, Delta, Alpha, and Beta victims of this conspiracy are regularly taken by their owners for " reconditioning " a n d reprogramming for drug muling runs or "assignments". Most make it out of this man-made-hell alive, some don't...but as it is said, there's always more where those came from. Whereas, the only other equipment components needed are devices to hang victims upside down by their ankles, cattle prods the cylinder type that are inserted deep into the vagina or rectum for a "simulated orgasm with the devil".
High voltage (up to 200,000 volts DC) hand held law enforcement type stun guns are a must tool for the victim's owner to erase certain memory (if used on the muscle area of the victims within 2 hours of the "to-be-forgotten" event, and to control the victim's "insane" fits of rage if they are mistakenly triggered to perform a pre- conditioned task and they are at the moment in the "wrong personality". The only other components the Beta owner must posses are a diary or a damn good memory of their programs, key, and a working knowledge of hypnosis. In other words, a small brief case will contain everything a Beta owner "needs" to control his slave...completely ...forever.
THE FORMULA
The formula for Beta programming is the exact same as for Alpha, the only difference is that through a series of specific tortures and commands the Beta victim retreats deeper into her primitive mind and the results are a woman with a child like insatiable sexual appetite. This re- tapped sexual appetite was "developed" in her formative years through constant incest with her father figure. What begins as unbearable pain to a child's mind quickly "switches" to an sexual desire for the very person who was abusing her...daddy. This reversal is the key to all programming -Pain becomes pleasure, up is down, etc. Hence the reason Colonel Michael Aquino, attached to the DIA, adopted the satanic philosophy of reversing everything including bad is good.
The true goal of these programs is to make the state the parent and destroy all parental bonds. Setting up "authority figures" as altruistic and then as ultimately destructive serves to break all bonds in society, allowing all forms of manipulation. This is at the heart of all fascist-based social programs. Hysteria can be easily imposed through government agents who think they are doing good! which makes bureaucracy "necessary." This entire process serves a very few elites at the top of the power pyramid.
Hypnosis of children was first described in 1779 by Mesmer, who reportedly used hypnotherapy to treat a child with visual problems. Historically, hypnotherapy was rarely practiced with children, because people thought that children could not be hypnotized. Mengele's work proved otherwise. In the 1970's, observations suggested that children were much easier to hypnotize than adults because they had yet to develop critical distinctions between fantasy and reality. Most everyone can remember being in this very fanciful state of imagination. Good hypnosis can be used in the treatment of behavioral and physical problems in children. Hypnotherapy has been used to treat hundreds of behavior disorders, chronic diseases, and pain and discomfort. It works by providing a detailed, objective focus on body parts. For example, a child who is a bed-wetter may be hypnotised and given instruction on the workings of the bladder. A child can learn about critical information about all body functions.
Many ethical practitioners believe that much of this learning is innate and sex education is a necessary and normal part of early child development. For wrongful political reasons, much of this normal development is being retarded and wrongfully manipulated. Many professionals will not work with children in good therapy methods because wrongful authorities now routinely manipulate good therapy by employing bad therapy manipulation for political reasons.
Because children are wrongfully suspended in total sexual ignorance, they are a thousand times more vulnerable to hypnotic suggestion than adults and are now routinely manipulated through bad hypnotic "voice of authority" methods in holding cells and darkened rooms in order to produce false-memory "evidence" against their parents, therapists or any targetted subject. Most of these "memories" take a cernal of truth, and through hypnotic suggestion, wildly distort it. Under hypnosis, most adults can recall their childhoods where such memory confusion has occurred with them, though they are socially conditioned to believe that such common confusion does not exist.
Through wrongful authority, effective bed-wetting therapy easily transforms into "sexual acts" in many courts, necessary personal hygeine, testing for infection and normal and necessary sexual education likewise easily transform into "sexual acts." This junk science is now completely routine and done in complete isolation from public view and has been used to "instruct" and coach countless children who are held in complete ignorance and confusion. Their innocence is fully exploited to destroy their families by the millions. These methods are ideal for prosecution of literally any parent or guardian for purely political reasons, even advancing the careers of many politicians. This makes highly illegal social engineering possible.
This evil process is exceptionally easy to do with children of certain ages and this is when they are often targetted. But you are conditioned to believe that these political agents will not do such a thing. We have countless cases which prove otherwise! The ritualistic hypnotic practices usually require sensory deprivation in a dimly lit, windowless room or holding cell, some trappings of authority and a leading authority figure employing the voice of authority. This voice is not demanding, but is leading. Children of certain age groups will literally admit to killing the Kennedys under these conditions. And they will do it simply to please the authority figure. This false-memory phenomenon has been effectively proven in many controlled studies involving much less powerful, non-sexual control factors since replicating these actual conditions is highly unethical. What is now routinely done to children is so immoral and outrageous that no mechanism through the courts will effectively counter a programmer's "right" to manipulate a child with these methods. After all, they are "protecting" the child from his or her parents. That's why parental rights are so vitally necessary to stop this Nazi process.
Through voice of authority and proven leading hypnotic methods, hysteria and the naturally fanciful mind of children, the hypnotic manipulator simply builds "testimony" in the direction he likes, leads small children in the direction he likes, and rejects testimony he can't use. Parents are literally not allowed to counter any of this abuse. What's worse, the "authorities" often spend tax-payer dollars demonizing the parents and using highly illegal smear campaigns, searches and slander. Therefore, such "evidence" becomes a reality for their children, causing them enormous mental problems and parents have no recourse through the courts. These methods quickly advance to become a "craft" that Mengele himself helped to perfect through inducing hysteria and extreme trauma onto countless children in death camps. This outrageous practice is now being used throughout the U.S. in order to traffic in children and "authorities" are getting better and better at it! It is so unconstitutional, that states must usually restrict it to false, underground courts. You are not meant to know about it!
Marionette programming of administrators takes on a similar characteristic as other victims, only reversed. Administrators are conditioned to believe that they are the "altruistic one" who must make heroic decisions, hard decisions, by administering horrific and destructive acts such as "destroying in order to save." This effectively detracts attention away from the fact that they are really political agents advancing political agendas. Attitude propaganda completely transforms their perception of reality as they can justify virtually any evil act in the name of a vague ideal which has been programmed. That is why statistics can easily prove that where social workers actively destroy families, such families "just happen" to be on the opposite side of the political fence from the "powers that be" about 90% of the time. In extreme conservative areas, liberals are targetted, in extreme liberal areas, conservatives are targetted. These are statistical facts. In such a confusing mix of bureaucratic evils, parents are a child's final and only resort to sanity. Only parents can see clearly who the slaves really are! There is no one else left.
Such programming is highly inefficient and results in millions of failed subjects who are routinely dismissed as having numerous "conditions" and allowed into the general population. They are most often thoroughly drugged. The CIA's LSD research in the 60s and 70s has isolated chemical compounds that passify millions of otherwise fully rational Americans who are now placated into conformity. This acceptance of drugs over reason is passed from military husband to his wife and to subsequent generations. This trans-generational drugging is a desparate attempt by our government to cover-up the ill effects of a wrongful mind control program. These drugs are certainly not the answer and build horrible public attitudes idealizing drug use, but are a covering mechanism backed-up by many university "studies" which advance the lie that drugs are the answer and not a legal look into how destructive mind control actually is. Mind Control is the source of much of our social degeneration but is never questioned by any legal authority as such.
These "studies" are advanced through top-down university and corporation "truth" funding programs. But in reality, these are advanced by war-logic and create "groupthink" atrocities that any single intelligent human being working alone would avoid doing to another human being. These are sophisticated attempts at an absolute government cover-up. Near universal family dysfunction makes the state the parent and serves what the State Department considers "clean" population control methods, but all of this abuse is conveniently blamed on the individual. These methods cannot stand a Constitutional test of their legality, therefore they are simultaneously protected as being "necessary" by enormous attitute propaganda campaigns, shock and awe campaigns, illegal inquisitions, secret courts and dis-information campaigns.
Remembering President Eisenhower's warnings about a "spiritual" attack on our culture will ultimately expose all of these programs. They all serve a deeply atheistic agenda of advancing bureaucrats over parents which did not exist two generations ago. Bureaucrats over parents is advanced through "war-logic" that literally comes directly from Nazi Germany.
Dr. Louis Jolyon West was cleared at TOP SECRET for his work on MKULTRA. His numerous connections to the mind control network illustrate how the network was maintained; not through any central conspiracy which can easily be targetted, but by an interlocking network of academic relationships, grants, conferences, and military appointments. "Truth" programming requires these "voices of authority," most of whom are clueless of the true intent of these programs. Some doctors in the network were not funded directly by the CIA or military, but their work was of direct relevance to mind control, non-lethal weapons development, creation of controlled dissociation and the building of Manchurian Candidates. Of course, those researchers who reached contradictory conclusions had their funding revoked and were quickly dismissed as quacks, the ultimate "attitude adjustment" for acedemia.
To protect your children from active family-destruction campaigns, you must understand the basic methods used to condition and manipulate the vast majority of Americans. A three-pronged approach to mind control involves three areas of conditioning: Sex, Drugs and Usury (debt & gambling). The vast majority of MKULTRA victims will show signs of self-destructive tendencies in one or more of these areas. Each area of conditioning is a gateway into the subconscious mind where mind control becomes possible. Victims are controlled on the subconscious level because they have not been properly educated as children. That is why children are held in ignorance in these areas.
What the government will not tell you is that imposed ignorance is really gross negligence. Not educating your child about sex, drugs or usury at the critical time is extremely negligent and is precisely what the state actively enforces. Ignorance in these critical areas allows for wrongful manipulation, and children can be effectively educated against this wrongful manipulation. Our entire system of government is designed to exploit this ignorance in children by imposing learned ignorance onto them. This means that despite enormous education spending, our children are deliberately held in ignorance in the most critical and vital areas for which they need education. Banality is literally built into the system. Dumbing children down serves no other function than to program them for a very small elite in power. But children are not stupid, so this vacuum of factual information quickly fills up with wrongful attitudes, bigotries and straw-men created and advanced by the elitist state. This is the true purpose of imposed ignorance on children.
Sex, drugs and usury are routinely exploited by government and therefore are only superficially addressed in government-financed schools. These are the three areas of instruction where good parents must question everything they have been told and provide sound ethics and accurate information to their children. These are incredibly powerful gateways into the subconscious mind and simplistic attitudes will not work. Accurate and true information must be given to children in a comprehensive manner, enforced by early and continual discussions between parent and child, before they are effectively conditioned on the subconscious level and manipulated by wrongful authority. This education is the most natural and necessary part of effective parenting, but is now under severe attack by the elitist state so to produce programmable children for the Pentagon.
Keep in mind, that the government's role is not one of dispelling myth or taboo in these three areas of imposed ignorance. Myth and taboo are how they manipulate their subjects. A drill instructor for the military can never be allowed to be openly sexual. Why? Such behavior would reduce his standing as an authority figure. But good parents are not military instructors, they are life instructors. The government's ultimate goal is to manipulate its citizens for political reasons, turning all relationships into objective relationships like the military. Only parents can protect their children from these overwhelming forces of socialized fascism. The government's "groupthink" and war-logic advances ignorance and taboo in these three areas in order to break all meaningful subjective relationships like husbands, wives, fathers and daughters. All political agents are thoughtless cyborgs advancing the same evil agenda in the name of "the rule of law." They literally view good education in these areas as "deeply criminal." And they are there to "save" children from long-standing effective sex, drug and financial education. Since he advocated good sense in these areas, Ben Franklin today would be on all state databases as an "offender." His children would be seized for "protection." They are to be divorced, sexual misfits, drugged into complacency who go madly in debt while buying lottery tickets. This fact is designed to sound like a joke, even as it happens all around you and is totally obvious.
This is precisely why children raised by the state suffer so many of these social problems and they rarely reach old age or financial independence. Children raised by those parents who totally conform with the state have similar problems. This obvious dysfunction is a clear indication of a "higher" authority directing these programs. An authority which is fundamentally undemocratic, atheistic and fascist. The authority's idea of "the rule of law" is really the rule of pure banality, deception and fraud that the Supreme Court has routinely rejected in favor of parents. Only a parent can advance the truths necessary to counter this overwhelming fraud of the elite. This wisdom of "parental bonds" is a supreme "rule of law" which the Supreme Court has issued numerous times to absolutely no avail. Conspirators against our Constitution and parental rights are literally everywhere. They now work for you!
Why are these areas of imposed ignorance imposed on children? The answer in a post-Orwellian political age is quite simply politics, politics and more politics. By repressing critical information in children, they will not grow up to become a political threat to the established "powers-that-be." The state literally sets these children up in order to fail. This serves a very small elite in sustained political power. The elite at Harvard and Yale know this very well. They do not raise their children in imposed ignorance and they certainly don't trust ignorant bureaucrats with their children!
What most "conspiracy nuts" are writing about is the dark and horrible side of Mind Control, but this is another rouse. The true Mind Control results were actively taught and brought to light in the 1980s due largely to the AIDS epidemic. These good results from Monarch Mind Control are now being completely repressed by extreme disinformation. The "science" of Mind Control was revealed not to be a science at all, but a gateway into the human creativity process which can simultaneously function as fiction/nonfiction, propaganda/religion, liberal/conservative, etc. The real results of Mind Control served to prove that childhood intellectual development was closely linked to sexual development and Mind Control created exceptionally intelligent children. Sexual judgments developed earlier than most are led to believe are absolutely critical in some children's development and this truth has been advanced by highly sophisticated studies. Many of those who worked in Mind Control then chose to educate their own children accordingly and still do today. Of course this is not abusive!
The overwhelming fraud found against non-elite parents is that they do not have the right to decide for themselves how to educate their children. Early and effective sex education which is completely normal is now being demonized for purely political reasons.
A leading public health doctor has suggested that sex education lessons should be imparted to schoolchildren as young as five, in an effort to fight this institutional abuse and the rising levels of teenage pregnancy and sexual diseases. Children can be prepared for institutional abuse by being educated at the proper times, much earlier than most parents believe.
Dr Charles Saunders, chairman of the British Medical Association's Scottish consultants' committee, cautioned that the safe-sex messages were provided so late by schools, that many children were already exposing themselves to avoidable risk. Most people find it counter-intuitive that in cultures of wide-spread sexual imagery and adult information that children are actually repressed in their understanding of the basics. Government political agents are advancing horrific myths about parents and enforcing learned ignorance with tremendous zeal which borders on the absurd. This hysteria serves to break up countless families.
Saunders also called for secondary schools to hand out condoms and other forms of contraception to children from the age of 13. Home sex education should occur by age 5.
Scotland's sexual health record is one of the worst in the western world, with cases of teenage pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases on a constant rise.
"It needs to start at quite an early age, because if you leave it until they are 12 it is too late because some are already experimenting. It probably needs to be started off when children start school. You need to start laying the groundwork to help them and empower them to make decisions and turn things down," the Scotsman quoted Saunders, as saying.
"At five it needs to be a language that they understand and taught in the same way as any other subject. It should start off with relatively simple concepts in the same way as English and science start off with the basics. It could start off with how babies are made and progress from there.
"You need to start somewhere and it makes an awful lot of sense to start long before it's needed, because if you leave it too long you are wasting your time," he added.
He further said that sex education should not be limited to anatomical drawings, but should also include the pros and cons of having sex.
"Basically sex education needs to be a whole lot better. It's not just anatomical drawings but what the risks are from infections and what the pros and cons are of having sex or waiting," he said.
"It's not a simple task to get young people empowered enough to use condoms, but it's the key. You want to ensure people are not having sex when they don't want to have it, and that when they do want to have it they are not putting themselves at risk," he added.
Saunders said that all schools should also provide contraception to pupils.
"Particularly in rural areas, schools may well be the only way that pupils can access contraception. It may well be that as time goes on it would make sense to have emergency contraception in schools," he said.

It’s difficult to figure out who the original programmer of this satanic project was, due to the substantial amount of disinformation and cross-contamination propagated by the “powers that be.” The two that went by the color-coded name of Dr. Green are a Jewish doctor named Dr. Gruenbaum, who supposedly collaborated with the Nazis during WWII, and Dr. Josef Mengele, whose trademark of cold blooded and calculating brutality has not only scarred the souls of survivors from Auschwitz, but also a countless number of victims throughout the world. Mengele’s direct involvement at the infamous Auschwitz concentration camp was suspiciously downplayed during the Nuremberg Trials, and consequently no intensified effort by the U.S. and it’s allies was directed toward his capture. As a means to confuse serious investigators as to his whereabouts, U.S. officials would report Mengele being a non-threatening, recluse in Paraguay or Brazil, or that he was simply dead (the “Angel of Death” miraculously must have come back to life at least five different times).
His unprecedented research, at the expense of thousands of lives, undoubtedly was a significant bonus to U.S. interests, Besides using the pseudonym of Dr. Green, survivors knew him as Vaterchen (daddy), Schoner Josef (beautiful Joseph), David and Fairchild. A gracefully handsome man of slight stature, Mengele would disarm people with his gentle demeanor,while at other times, he would explode into violent rages. Other characteristics remembered by survivors were the cadence of his shiny black boots as he paced back and forth and his I-love-you/l-love-you-not” daisy game. When he pulled off the last daisy petal, he would maliciously torture and kill a small child in front of the other child he was programming. Distraught survivors also recalled being thrown naked into cages with monkeys, who were trained to viciously abuse them. Evidently, Mengele enjoyed reducing people to the level of animals. He also would purposely restrain his victims from crying, screaming, or showing any excessive emotion.
Mengele's "methods" are today, very much with us! This is precisely why Nazi Hunters and The Hague may be required to investigate U.S. government programs over the past 50 years. His legacy of turning children into objects for the state lives on.
Dr. D. Ewen Cameron, also known as Dr. White, was the former head of the Canadian, American and World Psychiatric Associations. Because of Cameron’s extensive experience and credentials, the ClA’s Allen Dulles funneled millions of dollars throughout organizations like the society for the Investigation of Human Ecology, which Cameron ruthlessly presided
over. Experimentations were conducted at several locations in Montreal, mostly at McGill University, St Mary’s Hospital and Allan Memorial Institute.
Besides the conventional methods of psychiatric tyranny, such as electroshock drug injections and lobotomies, Cameron conceived the technique of “psychic driving,” wherein unsuspecting patients were kept in a drug induced coma for several weeks and administered a regimen of electroshocks, while electronic helmets were strapped to their heads and repetitive auditory messages were transmitted at variable speeds.[15]
Many of those exploited were abused children which had been run through the Roman Catholic orphanage system. Not surprisingly, Dr Cameron has been conveniently left out of most psychiatric journals. This may have been, in fact, largely due to Project MKULTRA being publicly exposed in 1970, through lawsuits filed by Canadian survivors and their families. The CIA and Canadian government settled out of court so as not to be required to officially admit to any wrongdoing.
A former U.S. Army Lt. Col. in the DIA’s Psychological Warfare Division, Michael Aquino, is the latest in a line of alleged government-sponsored sadists. Aquino, an eccentric genius, founded the Temple of Set, an offshoot of Anton LaVey’s Church of Satan. His obsession with Nazi pagan rituals and his hypnotic manipulation of people made him an ideal candidate for the position of “Master Programmer.” Aquino was connected with the Presidio Army Base day care scandal, in which he was accused child molestation. Much to the dismay of the young victims’ parents, all charges were dismissed. Code-named “Malcolm”, Aquino developed training tapes on how to create a MONARCH slave and worked as a liaison between Government/Military Intelligence and various criminal organizations and occult groups in the distribution of MONARCH slaves.[16]
Heinrich Mueller was another important programmer who went under the code names “Dr. Blue” or “Gog.” He apparently has two sons who have carried on the trade. The original “Dr. Black” was apparently Leo Wheeler, the nephew of deceased General Ear1e G. Wheeler, who was the commander of the Joint Chiefs of Staffs during the Vietnam War. Wheeler’s protege, E. Hummel is active in the Northwest, along with W. Bowers (from the Rothschild bloodline).
Other alleged master mind manipulators, past and present, are: Dr. Sydney Gottleib, Lt. Col John Alexander, Richard Dabney Anderson (USN), Dr. James Monroe, Dr. John Lilly, Lt. Comdr. Thomas Narut, Dr William Jennings Bryan, Dr. Bernard L. Diamond, Dr. Martin T. Orne, Dr. Louis J. West, Dr Robert J. Lifton, Dr. Harris Isbel and Col. Wilson Green In order to keep MKULTRA from being easily detected, the CLA segmented its subprojects into specialized fields of research and development at universities, prisons, private laboratories and hospitals Of course, they were rewarded generously with government grants and miscellaneous funding.

Notable Names
One of the first documented cases of a MONARCH secret agent was that of the voluptuous 1940’s model, Candy Jones. The book, The Control of Candy Jones, (Playboy Press) portrays her 12 years of intrigue and suspense as a spy for the CIA. Jones, whose birth name is Jessica Wilcox, apparently fit the physiological profile as to be one of the initial experiments or human guinea pigs under the government’s “scientific” project, MKULTRA.
The most publicized case of MONARCH monomania has surfaced through the book TRANCE Formation of America:
The True Life Story of a ClA Slave by Cathy O’Brien. On the back cover it emphatically states, “Cathy O’Brien is the only vocal and recovered survivor of the Central Intelligence Agency’s MKULTRA Project Monarch mind control operation” This documented autobiography contains compelling accounts of O’Brien’s years of unrelenting incest and eventual introduction into Project MONARCH by her perverted father. Along with co-author Mark PhiIlips, her rescuer and deprogrammer, Cathy covers an almost unbelievable array of conspiratorial crime: forced prostitution (white slavery) with those in the upper echelons of world politics, covert assignments as a “drug mule” and courier, and the country-western music industry’s relationship with illegal CIA activities.
Paul Bonaci a courageous survivor who endured almost two decades of degradation under Project MONARCH, has disclosed strong corroborating evidence of widescale crimes and corruption from the municipal/state level all the way up to the White House.[17] He has testified about sexually-abused males selected from Boy’s Town in Nebraska and taken to nearby Offut AFB, where he says they were subjected to intense MONARCH programming, directed mainly by Commander Bill Plemmons and former Lt. Col. Michael Aquino.[18] After thoroughly tormenting the young boys into mindless oblivion, they were used (along with girls) for pornography and prostitution with several of the nation’s political and economic power brokers. Bonnaci recalled being transported from the Air Force base via cargo planes to McClelland AFB in California. Along with other unfortunate adolescents and teenagers, he was driven to the elite retreat, Bohemian Grove. The perpetrators took full advantage of these innocent victims, committing unthinkable perversions in order to satisfy their deviant lusts. Some victims were apparently murdered, further traumatizing already terrified and broken childr en. An insuitable actress of marginal talent (now deceased), a morally-corrupt T.V. evangelist, a heralded former Green Beret officer and a popular country-western singer are a few others likely having succumbed to MONARCH madness. Lee Harvey Oswald, Sirhan-Sirhan, Charlie Manson, John Hinckley Jr., Mark Chapman, David Koresh, Tim McVeigh and John Salvi are some notable names of infamy, strongly suspected of being pawns who were spawned by MKULTRA.
Deprogrammers and Exposers
Dr. Corydon Hammond, a Psychologist from the University of Utah, delivered a stunning lecture entitled “Hypnosis in MPD: Ritual Abuse” at the Fourth Annual Eastern Regional Conference on Abuse and Multiple Personality, June 25, 1992 in Alexandria, Virginia. He essentially confirmed the suspicions of the attentive crowd of mental health professionals, wherein a certain percentage of their clients had undergone mind control programming in an intensively systematic manner. Hammond alluded to the Nazi connection, military and CIA mind control research, Greek letter and color programming and specifically mentioned the Monarch Project in relation to a form of operative conditioning.
Shortly after his ground breaking speech, he received death threats. Not wanting to jeopardize the safety of his family, Dr. Hammond stopped disseminating any follow-up information, until recently. Mark Phillips, a former electronics subcontractor for the Department of Defense, was privy to some of the top secret mind control activities perpetrated by the U.S. government. His inquisitive demeanor, strong conscience and heart-felt concern for Cathy O’Brien, a “Presidential Model’ under Project MONARCH, prompted him to reveal the inner-workings of this grand deception beginning about 1991. As the story goes, he helped Ms. O’Brien escape from her captors and was able to deprogram her in about a years time in Alaska. The controversial Phillips has his share of critics who are skeptical of the veracity of his claims. New Orleans therapist Valerie Wolf introduced two of her patients before the President’s Committee on Human Radiation Experiments on March 15, 1995 in Washington D.C. The astonishing testimony made by these two brave women included accounts of German doctors, torture, drugs, electroshock, hypnosis and rape, besides being exposed to an undetermined amount of radiation. Both Wolf and her patients stated they recovered the memories of this CIA program without regression or hypnosis techniques.[19] Wolf presently devotes much of her time to counseling such survivors.
Credible links to mind control projects and big oil companies continue to attract investigators. A former labor attorney for Atlantic Richfield Co., David E. Rosenbaum, conducted a nine. year investigation (1983-1992) concerning allegations of physical torture and coercive conditioning of numerous employees at an ARCO plant in Monaca, PA.[20] His clients, Jerry L. Dotey and Ann White, were victims of apparent radiation exposure; but as Mr. Rosenbaum probed deeper in the subsequent interview sessions, a “Pandora’s Box” was unveiled. His most astonishing conclusion was that Jerry Dotey and Ann White were likely the off-spring of Adolf Hitler, based in part on the uncanny resemblance from photos (facial features; bone structure and size were taken into consideration). Rosenbaum also states, “They both exhibit feelings and experiences that indicate they are twins.” Dotey and White were allegedly subjected to torture of many kinds while under drug induced hypnosis, with each one undergoing at least three training techniques by plant physicians. Each victim was trained to enter into a hypnotic state upon the occurrence of specific stimuli, usually involving a “cue” word or phrase and trained to “remember to forget” what transpired in the hypnotic state. They were repeatedly subjected to identical stimulus-response sequence, to produce nearly automatic reactions to the particular status. MKULTRA veteran, Dr. Bernard Diamond, Dr. Martin Orne and Dr. Josef Mengele regularly visited the ARCO plant, according to Rosenbaum. The special conditioning of Dotey and White was intended for the artificial creation of dual German personalities. Rosenbaum, who is Jewish, has maintained a deep friendship with the two, despite the seemingly precarious circumstances.
Other renowned therapists involved in deprogramming are Cynthia Byrtus, Pamela Monday, Steve Ogilvie, Bennett Braun, Jerry Mungadze and Colin Ross. Some Christian counselors have been able to eliminate parts of the programming with limited success.

Conclusion
The most incriminating statement to date made by a government official as to the possible existence of Project MONARCH was extracted by Anton Chaitkin, a writer for the publication, The New Federalist.
When former CIA Director William Colby was asked directly, “What about monarch?” he replied angrily and ambiguously, “We stopped that between the late 1960’s and the early 1970’s.” Suffice to say that society, in its apparent state of cognitive dissonance, is generally in denial of the over whelming evidence of this multifarious conspiracy. Numerous victims/ survivors of Project MONARCH are in desperate need of help. However, the great majority of people are too preoccupied with themselves to show any genuine compassion toward these severely wounded individuals. Apathy has taken over the minds of the masses, who choose to exist within the comforts of this world. Reality has thus become obscured by relativism and selfishness.
Although there has been some progress in deprogramming and reintegrating therapies, a much greater problem needs to be rectified. The Holy Bible addresses this problem as the fragmentation of the soul (Ezekiel 13:20). A spiritual restoration is what is truly needed (Psalm 23:3) but can only take place by completely trusting in Jesus Christ as the way to salvation (John 3:16; I Peter 3:18) and deliverance from demonic oppression and/or possession (Mark 16:17). The true humility of Christ and the love of God effectively counters the pride and hatred of Satan.
Statistically, the road to recovery for these survivors of unimaginable depravity is a long and tedious one, but God is the ultimate healer and only within his time, through His strength and by His grace, can the captives be set free (Isaiah 61:1).

So many intelligence people came from the Illuminati initiating centers of Harvard, Yale, & Princeton that the acronym HYP was applied to some of them by others in an allusion to the word "hype." For the first half of MI-6's history, only women from the elite, the aristocracy were recruited to work in MI-6, for this reason the women at MI-6 were called Queenie. As Illuminati members of the hierarchy, they were indeed given various Queen positions. The crossovers occur both ways. One finds intelligence people in places like Yale and the big Illuminati corporations. For instance, a military psychologist Alexander R. Askenasy, who worked in the area of mind-control for the Army, later taught at Princeton, and then went on to a prominent position at the NY State Psychiatric Institute & the Dept. of Psychiatry, Columbia Univ. Another example is Robert Finley Delaney, who worked with the Navy in PSYOPS, the State Dept. and also worked for ESSO Standard Oil company. One final example in a list of examples that seems to go on forever, the Professor of Psychology at Yale was Irving L. Janis, a military man who worked in military psychological research and PYSOPS, and who co-authored Communications and Persuasion, Personality and Persuasibility.

Alice Springs, Australia--is home of USAF Detachment 421 involved with intelligence
Amarillo, TX -- near Amarillo is a major underground programming center called "the Station." Inside Amarillo are other collaborating sites such as an ophthalmologist's office.
Armed Forces Medical Intelligence Center (AFMIC) -- This center uses mind-controlled slaves, incl. those who are members of the Green Berets.
Austin, TX -- The Rebecca Baines Johnson Convalescent Home, at 21 Waller St., Austin, ph. no. 512-476-6051, has had a Cray-3 computer (with at least a 1,000 megaflop capability) secretly placed into the Johnson Convalescent home for the purpose of secretly being a command post for sending control signals to people who have body suits of implants. Signals from here radiate to many far off places to control victims of implant mind-control.
Boulder, CO -- The headquarters for EMC, a type of electra-magnetic mind control that is being broadcast to modify the thinking of Americans, and to control slaves.

The CIA empire -- The CIA's empire carries out mind control of its assets in many locations. CIA HO, nicknamed "the campus", is a Langley, VA. It might be pertinent to point out a few of their organizations that are active in mind control. Staff D, has a CIA assassination group, referred to at one time as ZR/RIFLE. Their Central Cover Staff (fka Operational Services Division) manages mind-control agents. The Office of Scientific & Weapons Research has carried out some of the mind-control research. Camp Bullis [sp.?], TX Dallas, Doctor's Hospital -- An important major programming center, this is located at Garland Rd. at Buckner Blvd. Ph. 2 14-324-6 100. This hospital has a psych wing to it. Baylor Univ. Med Center, 3504 Swiss Ave. in Dallas is also involved in mind-control programming, as well as the Texas Women's Univ., 1810 Inwood Rd. (214-689-6500), Dallas.
Deep Creek Cabins, just west of Ft. Detrick, MD.-- These cabins located in the general area of the Magothy River, are a series of cabins surrounded by water & used for sexual programming & sexual training by the intelligence agencies. The area was reported by one slave to have been labelled Subproject #74.
El Reno, OK--Federal Correctional Institution used for implant and electronic mind-control. Inmates were subjected to this type of mind-control as experimental fodder.
Esalen Institute, Big Sur, CA. -- Esalen is the Tavistock of America. They give workshops on hypnosis, biofeedback, Witchcraft (for instance, their Rituals of Transformation class). Instructors include: witch Margo Adler, Cranio-sacral D.O. Jim Asher, psychologist Adam Burke who specializes in trance training, Patti Lawrence (who does cranial work), Caroline Muir (a tantric sex yoga expert), Robert Swanson (a Dolphin expert), Charles Tart (a expert w/ altered states of consciousness), Karen Turner (a witch psychologist), & Anna Wise who is skilled in using EEGs to measure & train brain waves. These are only a few of the many occult or interesting instructors that the Esalen Institute has.
Ft. Drum, NY (Camp Drum)--near Watertown, NY. This military reservation is used for training troops in winter fighting, as well as having been used for a remote mind-control programming facility in northern NY.
Ft. George Meade, MD, National Security Agency (NSA) -- It's interesting that in Sidney Sheldon's novel The Doomsday Conspiracy published by Time-Warner in 1991 that the author/researcher Sheldon has NSA commander Robert Bellamy thinking to himself as he enters Ft. Meade, "My God, I'm in the land of Oz." (p.13) After being given his assignment, he wonders (on pp. 20-21) "I feel like the White Queen in Through the Looking Glass. Why sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." Well, this was all six of them." One of the projects that the NSA run with mind-controlled slaves is Project Mirror (Op. # 6317-ABL-4) which consists of about 30 programmed assassins, who are debriefed after their assassination mission and then killed and cremated. The NSA has had two RNM computerized systems for tracking people by

monitoring their evoked emissions, and for transmitting thoughts (as well as audio and visual messages) to people's brains. NSA Cryptologists have gotten computers programmed to decode what a person's state of mind & thoughts are when their brain emissions are picked up from a distance. Other groups which conduct mind control which work closely with the NSA would include for instance: Air Force Space Command/NORAD, Unified Command ELINT Centers, and Space Surveillance. The NSA's "Human Sources" of intelligence are often subjected to mind-control. The Air Force has run a Texas facility called TRIMS, which has exhibition rooms for slaves, which has been used for mind-control programnung.
Ft. Polk, LA--The Delta Forces are stationed here, and are programmed and trained here. MJTF (Multi-jurisdictional Task Force) troops, the BATF & other federal agencies train in kicking in civilian doors & martial law type tactics. Ft. Bragg is HO for the mind-controlled Delta Force. Ft. Bragg is a major satanic center in the military.
Kanoehe State Hospital, Oahu, HA--This hospital connects with the Naval Base and Naval intelligence. It has been used for programming slaves, as well as Tripler VA Hospital on Oahu island. Kunia, HA is the site of an NSA listening post. Kaneohe, HA also has an underground installation, which is used at least in part by the U.S. Pacific Fleet. Naval intelligence in Hawaii has been involved in mind-control.
Kirtland AFB, NM, Sandia National Lab--the Sandia Labs have been used for mind control. The one in NM is at Kirtland AFB 87117 (505-845-8692). It has bunkers that have been used for mind-control. The one in Hawaii is at Hanapepe on the Garden Island of Kauai (808-335-5611). Sandia Labs also has a presence in Aibuquerque, NM. Sandia Labs has worked on such secret projects such as the W-88 nuclear warhead which was mounted on the Trident II missiles carried by Ohio-class subs. Mind-controlled slaves help keep Sandia Lab's research secret.
Lexington, Kentucky -- On the west side of Lexington is the Lexington airport and next to the airport is a castle that is just south of highway 60 and across from Keeneland Race Course. This castle's original owner is dead. A CIA operative owned it for a while and then it went into receivership. Then the Federal government got the property (a 100 yr. lease). The castle was a major mind-control programming center, as well as a narcotics depot & a money laundering base. Tunnels existed. The castle is believed to no longer be in use for mind-control, although that is not known for sure. This Lexington, KT programming center within the castle was well situated to connect with a U.S. Veterans Hosp. on the NW side of Lexington, a nearby Fed. Correctional Institute (near Brackton), radio towers are all over the area, and the Kentucky State Horse Park with racetracks all built after 1965 is nearby. Scott Gen. Hosp. and an Orphan School at Midway, and the catholic St. Francis Mission are also in the vicinity.
Los Alamos, NM--A site for research into nonlethal weapons, such as syntel for mind-control. The T-13 Complex Studies Group has been researching artificial-life.
Maine--The CIA used an International Children's Summer camp for MK Ultra mind-control. This summer camp was probably not related to the International Children's School at South Burlington, VT which also has summer school. There is also an International Children's School tied to the UN in New York, it is not known whether it ties in or not.
New Orleans, LA--Some of the hotels and restaurants are being used for mind-control. This author suspects (but has no proof) the Ursuline Academy (a Ursuline Convent

school) on State St., Bacco Italian restaurant (a relatively new expensive restaurant named after the roman god Baccus and which has had lots of money put into it, and excellent food located in the Hotel de la Poste, French quarter), and the avant-garde Pelican Club (in the heart of the French quarter) tie in with the Network. Upper Bourbon Street is a gay community, and Bourbon St. was originally a voodoo center. Just off of Bourbon St. is the New Orleans Historic Voodoo Musuem. This is the only voodoo museum in the world, and it has voodoo dolls and readings available for visitors.
Oswego, NY--Served as a programming site on Lake Ontario.
The Presideo of Monterey, CA--This place is not to be confused with the Presideo of San Francisco. This Presideo has the Monterey Defense Language Institute (DLI). Slaves who have scarred brain stems are sent here to develop language skills.

Salt Lake City, UT--St. Mark's Hospital, 1011 Sunberry Dr., Salt Lake City (801-268-7422) has been used for programming.
Stockholm, Sweden--Soder Hospital has been involved in implants. Dr. Curt Strand & others, & the Swedish Police SAPO were involved in implanting unsuspecting victims.
Pelican Bay Prison, (WI?)--Isolation Tank Programming was what made this prison famous.
Utah State Prison (Gunnison Facility & Draper Prison) and Utah State Hospital, Univ. of Utah Med. Center -- inflicted directed energy rape of the inmates, pressure chamber sensations in the inner ear, voices and all types of electronic control. The med center was used to implant various types of implants into people. Prison psychiatric staff participated with the mind-control. They routinely used a variety of well-planned tactics to falsely label inmates as psychiatric cases so that they could force-medicate them and then subject them to mind-control. Inmates were subjected to round the clock brainwashing rhetoric for months on end, after they got the implants. These Utah institutions began cooperating with the secret implant mind-control experimentation in the 1980's. When inmates complained of the mind-control they were forced medicated. Hundreds made complaints about the mind-control but the system was able to shut them up. The controllers running the implants had the voices being beamed coming from places like the planet "Astra." Several inmates got the Astra script.

The NOD Deep Underground Installation has numerous levels to it. One eyewitness, went to level 17 (via an elevator) and stated that he believes that deeper levels exist. The NOD installation is involved with psychic (demonic) and satellite control over slaves. This underground complex is to allow the government of the United States to escape a nuclear attack. The enormous complex radiates under Wash. D.C. and connects with many other sites. The tunnel system is used to move some of the mind-control sex slaves. In the U.S., approximately 140 of these DUMB bases exist, and they employ perhaps over 200,000 people. A geologist friend of this author who helped build these DUMB bases, gave his life to get the truth out to the American people. SELECTED TOP SECRET UNDERGROUND INSTALLATIONS THAT THREATEN OUR LIBERTY
140 secret underground facilities have been built, many are underground small-cities. A number of these bases have been described to me by witnesses including NORAD, Dulce, Coos Bay, and Dreamland. What I am describing is a series of large underground facilities which are connected with tunnels. The tunnels carry extremely fast trains. Train terminals are up to 1 million sq. ft. in area, with multiple levels.
Underground facilities contain computer centers, genetic experimentation, mind-control research, housing for several nationalities of humans and several varieties of aliens. The corporations which assist the NWO are able to quietly interlink their facilities via the tunnel system too, as well as disperse some of their workers into the world above ground.
There are approx. 50 ways tunnels and underground facilities are dug, which include high pressure continuous water let, low pressure percussive water jet, high freq. electrical drill, turbine drills, pellet drills, spark drills, explosives, hydraulic rock hammers, lasers, electron beam guns, forced flames, etc. These various tunnelling methods can be broken down in Mechanical (such as a water canon), Thermal (such as a high velocity flame, laser, atomic fusion, etc), and Chemical (such as a dissolver). The beautiful thing about nuclear subterrenes (rhymes with submarine) is that they don't leave any debris to dispose of.
These nuclear subterrenes are building tunnels 40' in diameter, and as these machines work the rock is melted into a hard, glassy tunnel lining. Air-intake shafts bring fresh air to the tunnels and underground facilities. Underground facilities have fuel storage units, air-conditioning, water reservoirs, dining, medical, sleeping and storage units. Many of the underground sites are close to railroads and have entrances that trucks can drive into. Some of the entrances for trucks are protected by holograms that look like the side of a mountain, but allow vehicles if one just drives through them.
The other style of hidden entrances are buildings where trucks drive in and are lowered via access shafts down into the underground areas. Security for some (such as Groom Lake) of the facilities is maintained by Wackenhut. Penetration tests on facilities are carried out by a special unit called OP-06-D which are HQed at Off utt AFB, NE. The state of New Mexico and Colorado have been used for the construction of a series of underground bases. (All the rest of the states have too.) The Primary Underground facilities in New Mexico consist of:
· 3 enormous underground bases in the Dulce, NM area (an area I spent several days investigating in 1993)
· the White Sands--Alamogordo Area which has 3 underground bases
· Datil and Pie Town which have two more underground bases. (Carlsbad Cavern which had underground activity, which is reported discontinued, and another base to east of Carlsbad.)

The New Mexico area has basically four underground system out. One goes to the 4-corners area and then to Groom Lake (Area 51). One goes north toward Delta, CO and Colorado Springs. The Taos facilities goes north approximately along Interstate 25 and eventually ties in NORAD. The southern bases connect to Texas and Mexico. The Los Alamos facility dates at least back to 1940. One can only imagine what has been built with 1/2 century of labor on this underground system. Visitors to the deeper levels report humans kept in glass cylinders, plus many other strange things. I have had the opportunity to debrief some people who have been in the lower reaches of some of these facilities. There are special badges, special uniforms, tube elevators etc. which for lack of time I will not describe.
